MONTVALE, N.J. -- NYCE Corporation has promoted James Judd to executive vice president.

According to a news release, Judd was previously senior vice president.

Judd, who joined NYCE in 1995, will manage the NYCE network business, and will also be responsible for NYCE Corporation's overall marketing communications, including brand management, participant communications and industry promotion.

Judd is also NYCE's chief legal officer and oversees internal and external legal affairs, including legislative and regulatory matters, a role he will continue to have with his new title.

Dennis Lynch, NYCE Corporation's president and chief executive, lauded Judd's "keen management abilities and astute business sense."
