SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Eric Park, chief executive officer of transaction processor Innobeta Systems, Inc., has been named to the board of directors of Paragon Federal Credit Union.
Richard Rays, president and chief executive officer of Paragon, said in a news release, "(Park's) unique insights will help shape Paragon's future growth strategies, as well as technology initiatives."
Park called Paragon "one of the most innovative and customer-oriented credit unions in New Jersey."
In addition to his seat on the Paragon board, Park also serves on the board of directors of the Herndon, Va.-based Electronic Funds Transfer Association, a national trade association comprised of the country's leading electronic payment companies.
