As Senior Vice President and Division Executive for eFunds ATM Solutions Division, Kevin Reager leverages his hands-on experience in the financial services industry by focusing on the development and management of eFunds' ATM business.
Reager is an innovator in implementing strategic, world-class customer service processes in the ATM business. Reager believes that delivering the highest customer satisfaction is the key element to maximizing ATM productivity for eFunds customers.
As an industry veteran with more than 20 years financial services experience, Reager has spent the last 12 years focused on ATM program development and management. He believes a participatory management style fosters a sense of teamwork and ownership that can drive a team to market success.
Prior to joining eFunds, Reager was Senior Vice President, ATM Business Development and Account Management for Bank of America. Reager was heavily involved in Bank of America's development of the nation's largest on-premise ATM fleet, and was critical in expanding its off-premise strategy. He was also an integral part of the bank's Network Optimization program that focused on maximizing the profitability of off-premise ATMs.
Reager's previous experience includes positions as Vice President, Manager ATM Sales and Service for Bank of America; Vice President, Manager Retail Services for Bank of America; Nevada; Vice President, Controller, ATM and Merchant Services Manager for Valley Electronic Services; Director of Financial Reporting for Safeco Title Insurance; and Senior Accounting Manager with Peat Marwick & Mitchell CPA's.
Reager holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting degree from California State University, Northridge and resides in Arizona with his wife and two young daughters. He is a frequent and respected speaker at financial services and off-premise ATM industry events throughout the country.

Simon Rogals is a Director of Bayberry Consulting Limited, and works with the company to provide in-depth expertise of channel delivery, card management, and back office technology strategies to both financial institutions and software vendors. At Bayberry, Simon is working with a number of clients on channel delivery projects, including:
- Defining and implementing strategy for channel delivery, card processing and electronic payments
- Facilitating relationships with, and membership of, card payment networks and regulatory bodies, and providing analysis of the regulatory environment
- Assisting in understanding how to manage the channel mix profitably and effectively; including Return On Investment for banking channels
- Advising on best of breed solutions for core banking, ATMs, Internet, card management and channel management
- Identification of new market opportunities using technology, including the development and launch of new banking channels
Simon has spent ten years implementing, selecting, assessing, marketing and defining commercial technology strategies for channel delivery, the retail back office, card issuing, payment acquiring and also for specific distribution channels including the Internet, ATMs and kiosks, ePayments, Electronic Funds Transfer at the Point of Sale, Mobile banking, the call center and branch.
Prior to forming Bayberry, Paul Kennedy and Simon Rogals were responsible for the corporate strategy and development of CR2, the ATM and multi-channel banking company as it grew its customer base from four to over one hundred banks in two years. Both Simon and Paul have extensive experience in financial services, including at blue-chip organisations and leading technology companies such as AIB Bank, Bank of Ireland, Misys Plc, Trintech Plc, Flexicom and CR2.
Kent Schrock Financial Systems Marketing Director, Americas Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. Kent is director of financial systems marketing, Americas, for Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. He has been instrumental in implementing new strategies for Fujitsu's financial systems, as well as providing insight into the industry, competitors and recent major account sales. Kent also acts as an industry consultant, gauging market needs, issues and trends, and advising Fujitsu in its role as a thought leader in the financial services industry. Kent's tenure at Fujitsu dates back to 1984, working in various product management, project management and marketing roles. Before joining Fujitsu, Kent worked for various financial institutions, serving as electronic funds transfer manager, branch manager and loan officer. Kent earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland in St. Mary's City, Md. He received a master's degree in international business relations from the University of San Diego.
