NEW ORLEANS - The Big Easy's New Orleans Marriott will be the setting for Thomson Media's ATM & Debit Forum Oct. 27-28.
According to the Thomson Web site, the event's keynote speakers are Frank Abagnale, author of the best-seller "Catch Me if You Can;" Scott Betts, First Data Corporation's president of Merchant Services; Paul Walsh, chief executive of eFunds Corporation; Ruth Ann Marshall, president of MasterCard International's North America region; and Robert Whyte, a Debit Card Product executive at Bank of America.
Attendees can choose to attend sessions devoted to either ATM-related or debit-related issues. On the ATM agenda, topics will include a manufacturers' panel discussion on the challenges and opportunities faced with upgrading ATM fleets; new developments in accessibility to the blind at ATMs; and off-premise ATM strategies.
