NORWOOD, Mass. - e-ClassicSystems and Gasper have created an automated, real-time interface between their respective ATM management software products, ATM Manager Pro and Gasper Vantage.
According to a news release, the automated interface will automatically add and update common data fields, eliminating duplicate entry and manual effort by synchronizing the two
systems. The synchronization is part of the continuing effort by the companies to strengthen their partnership and provide value to joint customers.
"One of the biggest concerns at financial institutions and other ATM deployers is manual entry and duplication of data," said Thomas Meurer, president of e-ClassicSystems, in the release. "As solution providers to the ATM market, we needed to address and eliminate this problem. The interface between our systems will help customers manage ATM data more efficiently and with less error."
Several of the companies' joint customers helped develop the interface, said Jeff Davison, Gasper's managing director.
Gasper Vantage software helps deployers improve ATM availability and reduce ATM operational and service costs. ATM Manager Pro helps deployers pro-actively manage their ATM channel, including transaction reporting, revenue and cost analysis per site, cash management and project management.
The two companies first partnered in late 2001 to help promote each other's products to their respective user bases. (See related story Managing ATMs from a Vantage point)
