TAMPA, Fla. - Elan Financial Services, a transaction processor for independent sales organizations and financial institutions, has established an alliance with e-ClassicSystems, developer of the ATM Manager Pro ATM channel management system.
Under this agreement, Elan Financial Services will provide terminal driving, authorization processing and routing for ATM transactions, as well as all the necessary system monitoring, support and vault cash services.
According to a news release, the addition of ATM Manager Pro rounds out the product offering by automating the management and reporting of ATM operations, including asset management, location and transaction analysis, trending, cost and revenue analysis, merchant statements and cash forecasting and management.
ATM Manager Pro is used to manage 110,000 ATMs worldwide, including 25 percent of the U.S. market.
Elan Financial Services, as part of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB), supports more than 7,000 ATMs, 15 million ATM/POS cards and 2 million credit cardholders with a range of products and services including credit card issuing, ATM, debit card and merchant processing. Elan offers a range of ATM services to financial institutions and ISOs including authorization processing, terminal driving and switching services.
Elan also provides membership in the Fastbank ATM network, which includes Fastbank Free, a surcharge-free option available in 24 states.
