NORWOOD, Mass. - e-ClassicSystems, Inc., developer of the ATM Manager Pro ATM channel management system, has hired John Pillmann as vice president, Financial Sales.
According to a news release, Pillmann joins e-ClassicSystems to continue to grow market share in the financial institution market. His primary responsibility is to target financial institutions in need of a comprehensive ATM channel management solution.
Prior to joining e-ClassicSystems, Pillmann worked for 18 years at NCR Corporation, most recently as the North American sales manager at Gasper, a division of NCR. Similar to his new role, Pillmann was responsible for sales of software and related services to financial institutions and service bureaus. His experience also includes international sales in Asia Pacific.
"The ATM channel has evolved from a tactical customer service touchpoint into a strategic business channel requiring significant investment in technology and infrastructure. As a result, there is a clear market need for a more comprehensive, strategic view of the ATM channel instead of the current departmental approach," Pillman said in the release.
