CLEARWATER, Fla. - National City Corporation (NYSE:NCC) has selected ATM management software provided by TWS Systems, a Microsoft Certified Partner, to help automate and streamline deposits and transaction processing for its 1,580 ATMs.
"TWS ...provide enhanced fraud detection and reporting capabilities to our operations and their imaging capabilities will support our future advancements in check processing," said Scott Saari, National City's senior vice president, Item Processing.
According to a news release, the software will help the bank meet windows on deposits and balance transactions to the general ledger. It also tracks the entire life cycle of each transaction to identify any bottlenecks, and helps users better allocate their resources and decrease processing time.
