TORONTO - Transaction processor TNS Smart Network Inc. has partnered with DPL Group, a manufacturer and developer of wireless monitoring applications, to provide wireless transactions and ATM security monitoring.
According to a news release, the new Hercules 1000 system provides 24/7 wireless ATM monitoring, including alarm activation upon a door opening, machine tilting or power disconnection.
"In addition to peace of mind, several cost savings can be achieved including reducing landlines," said Will Kelly, director of the DPL Group.
"Both DPL and TNS Smart Network understand the importance of protecting the integrity of your business," said Mischa Weisz, TNS president and chief executive.
TNS plans to offer this Hercules 1000 system to the United States later this year through its subsidiary, SPN Processing Network.
