LEAWOOD, Kan.-Euronet Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: EEFT) announced on June 15 it had signed ATM outsourcing agreements with Bank Austria & Creditanstalt in Slovakia and Serbia, and expanded a software agreement with HVB Group's Splitska Banka.
According to a news release, Euronet said the projects broaden its collaboration with HVB to seven countries, five outsourcing agreements and two software deals.
In Slovakia, Euronet will take over 25 existing ATMs for HVB Bank Slovakia and launch 25 off-premise locations before year's end. Its goal is to have 100 off-premise sites operating in the next 12 to 18 months.
In Serbia, Euronet will support HVB Bank Serbia's existing ATM network at seven branches.
