CALABASAS, Calif.-Coast ATM, LLC and Cleveland-based KeyBank (NYSE:KEY) have formed a marketing alliance to place ATMs and cash management solutions in high-traffic locations such as casinos, shopping malls and office buildings.

Coast ATM will be the sales and marketing arm for the two companies; KeyBank will provide its expertise as a financial institution, and with transaction systems, security and other processing services.

ATMs placed under the agreement will be branded as Coast ATM machines. KeyBank will provide transaction processing, replenishment, maintenance and other services required to keep the machines operating and serving cardholders' needs.
