Canada's Ezee ATM makes another ATM acquisition

TORONTO - Ezee ATM LP has acquired a network of almost 700 ATMs located across Canada and operated by Montreal based Meta-4 Business Networking Solutions from CGI Group Inc.

With the Meta-4 acquisition, Ezee ATM says it expects to increase its annual ATM transaction base to approximately 15 million, and dispensed cash to more than $900 million.

Ezee ATM began operations in mid-2001 and has aggressively expanded market share primarily through its nine acquisitions over the past three years. In March Ezee ATM formed a strategic association with capital investment firm Newport Partners Inc.
