Exxon Mobil joins Fiserv ACCEL/Exchange network

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv's ACCEL/Exchange electronic-funds-transfer network has added Exxon Mobil service stations and stores to its list of participating merchants, according to a press release. Approximately 80 million consumers throughout the United States currently hold ACCEL/Exchange-enabled debit cards, the release noted.

ACCEL/Exchange is an ATM and point-of-sale debit network that maintains industry-leading authorization rates and network-switch availability.

Fiserv EFT operates more than 16,500 ATMs and owns the ACCEL/Exchange network. Fiserv EFT currently processes approximately 365 million ATM and debit transactions per month.

Irving, Texas-based Exxon Mobil's subsidiaries have operations in nearly 200 countries and territories.
