LAS VEGAS - NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) has announced the introduction of its Personas M Series 76, the latest evolution of the Personas M Series ATMs, according to a news release.
Designed on a single platform, the Personas M Series 76 delivers modular flexibility that enables banks to introduce advanced ATM functions while protecting future investment, the release noted. It is a multifunction, freestanding lobby ATM that delivers cash dispense, no-envelope deposit, check and cash acceptance with electronic image processing, cash recycling and other account-based transactions.
The bunch-note acceptance option will validate up to 200 notes per transaction and will store up to 9,200 notes, the release added.
According to the release, the Personas M Series 76 is the only ATM currently on the market to offer an upgrade option for cash recycling within the existing unit base instead of as a sidecar add-on. Cash recycling allows the ATM deployer to re-use the cash deposited into the ATM for cash dispensing.
