DALLAS - Morphis Inc., a provider of integrated currency supply-chain-management software, has introduced two new software products, Morphis SM and Morphis DPM.
Morphis SM (Service Management) is a call center tool that provides real-time dispatch, service level agreement monitoring and parts inventory control for any field service organization.
Morphis DPM (Dynamic Project Management) is a project management tool that simplifies the completion and reduces the cost of complicated projects.
Those products integrate with all Morphis applications, according to a news release, or may be used as stand-alone products.
"We realized early on that each of these new software solutions had a much broader appeal in the marketplace," said Mahmud Hossain, Morphis chief software architect, in the release. "Our challenge was to build in flexibility for the user, making the products easily customized to meet any business need."
"Once again, partnering with our customers was the key to solving real world problems," said Doug Deitel, chief executive officer of Morphis, in the release.
For instance, Deitel said, one customer needed a better way to manage new ATM installations and Triple DES upgrades. Using the Morphis product, the customer converted six spreadsheets into a single enterprise-wide database.
In addition to the new SM and DPM modules, other Morphis applications include: Morphis CORE (Centralized Organizational & Relational Engine), the foundation of all Morphis modules; Morphis UI (User Interface), a front-end client interface that improves staff productivity by providing a customizable view for each Morphis application, screen, form and report; Morphis CM (Currency Management), which forecasts currency demand; and Morphis ACM (Armored Carrier Management), which enables end-to-end management for any cash-in-transit organization.
Also: Morphis FM (Financial Management), an analysis and reporting tool that enables management of every financial element of a business, and Morphis Cross Vertical Applications, to satisfy additional operating demands for currency supply chain customers.
