• CR2 appoints new CEO

DUBLIN - CR2, a provider of channel and Internet banking, ATM and card payment software, has appointed Martin Dolan as its chief executive officer.

An 18-year veteran of the financial software industry, Dolan previously held executive board positions within Kindle Banking Systems, and was later appointed general manager to the Misys Group office in Dubai, before joining CR2 in September 2004.

Cian Kinsella, a co-founder of CR2 and its current CEO, will leave CR2 to pursue other interests. According to a news release, he remains a director and a shareholder in the company.

Kinsella said that Dolan "has the vision and tenacity to lead the company to the next level."
