TRM to place ATMs in Wal-Mart locations

PORTLAND, Ore. - TRM Corp. (Nasdaq: TRMM) signed a deal with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to deploy ATMs in more than 150 retail locations, including Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Supercenters and Neighborhood Market stores.

According to a news release, TRM will provide a turnkey service and maintenance solution as part of the multi-year agreement with Wal-Mart.

The spring rollout, which is expected to wrap during the second quarter of 2005, expands TRM's relationship with Wal-Mart Canada, where the company is providing exclusive photocopier services to all 256 Wal-Mart locations in Canada. TRM provides turnkey ATM services in approximately 228 of those locations.
