Associated Press: A Romanian national with alleged ties to Russian organized crime has been ordered held on $2 million bail after being accused of leading an elaborate ATM theft scheme.

He then allegedly made phony ATM cards, and used them to withdraw about $400,000 from several hundred accounts.
