SALT LAKE CITY,- Csi Acquisition Corp. (dba Companion Systems Design and Manufacturing) is moving into Canada, according to a news release.
Companion provides ATM surrounds and enclosures for branded ATM programs.
The company opened a sales office in Richmond, B.C., Canada, six months ago because of expressed interest from Canadian financial institutions for more ATM products, said Trent Howell, Companion's director of marketing.
"Up until now, there has really only been one provider of ATM surrounds in Canada -Wingenback," Howell said. "So, we opened up a sales location in Canada to take care of the burgeoning demand."
The company does not expect to place a manufacturing facility in Canada, Howell added. Products will be distributed from its Utah base.
Companion now has sales managers covering all regions in North America, as well as dedicated individuals to service national banks.
