Dayton Business Journal: Cleveland-based KeyCorp is partnering with Genpass Inc.'s MoneyPass EFT Network to provide an additional 12,000 ATMs to Key's Agent Bank clients. Through Key's Agent Bank program, financial service institutions can provide their customers surcharge-reduced or surcharge-free access to 2,200 ATMs.

Fort Washington, Pa.-based Genpass Inc. was purchased last month by U.S. Bank, a subsidiary of Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp.
