FastFunds to acquire interest in Coast ATM

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: FastFunds Financial Corp. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a majority interest in Coast ATM Inc.'s ATM business.

The company expects to buy 51 percent of the Coast's ATM business, which specializes in placing ATMs in retail markets. The deal could include the placement of up to 240 ATMs.
