MarketWatch: NCR Corp. said Wednesday that it settled its suit against Tecniflex, which was alleged to have stolen and misused some of NCR's diagnostic software and manuals for servicing ATMs.

While neither NCR nor Tecniflex admitted liability in the case, Tecniflex and its Universal Financial unit agreed to pay license fees for its past, present and future use of the NCR diagnostic software. Specific financial terms of the settlement weren't disclosed.
