WASHINGTON - Commerce Bank is placing ATMs in up to 170 CVS pharmacy stores throughout metro Washington, D.C., according to a news release. Commerce Bank customers can use the branded ATMs without paying transaction fees. Adding the free ATMs at CVS stores enhances the worldwide no-fee ATM policy Commerce unveiled earlier this year.
