Dayton Daily News: NCR Corp.'s interim chief executive officer, James M. Ringler, will be paid an annual salary of $1 million and could earn an incentive bonus of up to an additional $2 million while he fills in as head of the company, NCR said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing released July 13.

NCR did not say whether Ringler is a candidate for the permanent CEO job, but it wrote in a letter that he will not be required to relocate to Dayton, where the company is based.
