The solution enables the company's field service repair technicians to clock in and out using GPS-enabled mobile phones. In deploying the Mobile Workforce Management application, MVMC has shifted responsibility for capturing time sheet data from its Help Desk employees to the technicians themselves, resulting in greater payroll accuracy and fewer complaints.
