WESTMONT, Ill. - EFMARK Premium Armored has entered into a strategic investment with NCR Corp.'s Authorized Sales and Service Provider (ASSP) program, according to a news release. The ASSP program allows Efmark to license NCR's next generation of diagnostic software for use in servicing NCR ATMs.
As the largest worldwide reseller of NCR ATMs, Efmark may access NCR-authorized parts, diagnostic software tools and documentation, training programs, and other NCR intellectual property. Efmark field engineers also will be certified by NCR Customer Service.
"We support NCR's intellectual property rights and the need to use diagnostic software to service NCR ATMs properly," said Mark Hoppe, Efmark's president and chief executive. "We are intensely focused on helping financial institutions create more reliable and profitable ATM networks, and our partnership with NCR provides us with the tools do an even better job."
NCR's ASSP program supports other ATM brands.
