HOUSTON - Pulse EFT Association Inc., one of the nation's leading electronic funds transfer networks, has resumed processing operations at its Houston platform, according to a news release. Pulse temporarily relocated to its operations center in Dallas, in anticipation of Hurricane Rita.

Pulse executive vice president Cindy Ballard said all systems are operating normally.
