LEIDEN, Netherlands - Collis, an independent company that focuses on electronic transactions, announced in a news release that its EMV Terminal Toolkit covers the requirements of Visa International's Acquirer Device Validation Toolkit.
Collis' implementation can be used for end-to-end testing of POS devices and ATMs.
Collis' ADVT module, within the EMV toolkit, also is capable of emulating smart cards from the Visa ADVT, allowing terminal vendors and acquirers to efficiently and effectively test their Visa EMV POS/ATM implementation.
Collis launches personalization validation kit
Collis also has launched its EMV Personalization Validation Tool for Visa Europe and Visa International CEMEA EMV cards.
The EMV PVT allows card issuers to verify that cards have been correctly personalized before they are issued to the market. The EMV PVT can be used for sample testing in daily card production as well.
The new tool is compliant with Visa's standard for Visa Smart debit and credit transactions.
