Euronet closes $175 million debt placement

Kansas City Business Journal: Euronet Worldwide Inc. has completed the sale of $155 million in convertible bonds and sold an additional $20 million of the bonds to the initial buyer. The company said it plans to use net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which could include share repurchases, acquisitions in foreign markets or other investments.
