Scotsman.com: Mark Lazarowicz, the U.K. MP who represents Edinburgh North and Leith, is asking constituents to rat on ATMs that charge fees but don't carry signage informing consumers of charges. The MP also is asking residents to tell them if they don't have "easy access" to a free ATMs.
