China View: European financing network, EUFiserv, has opened its ATMs to Chinese cardholders in Germany, France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg. The move follows a deal signed in May between EUFiserv and the China Union Pay. Other EUFiserv members also are expected open ATM services to Chinese cardholders in 2006.
