ST. PAUL, Minn. - Elan Financial Services has been named The Bankers' Bank of Kentucky's preferred provider of ATM, debit and credit card services.

"Elan looks forward to a long and mutually successful partnership with The Bankers' Bank of Kentucky," said Jan Estep, president of Elan Financial Services, in a news release. "In addition to the strong set of core EFT and card products we offer, the MoneyPass surcharge free ATM network will further help these banks provide more of the services that consumers desire."
