JACKSON, Miss.- NetBank Payment Systems Inc., the nation's third-largest ATM deployer and a subsidiary of NetBank, has expanded its market presence through the acquisition of an unnamed independent sales organization. According to a news release, the acquisition increases NetBank's portfolio by 1,100 ATMs.

"Continuing to grow through acquisitions such as the one announced today not only allows us to expand the NetBank brand but it also allows us to better serve NetBank's customers," said Tommy Glenn, president of NetBank Payment Systems. "At the same time, it gives us the size to drive development of new products and services for our customer base."
