(Louisville, Ky.) Business First: Porter Bancorp Inc. integrated its four independent Kentucky subsidiary banks into a single bank charter. Central Bank USA, Bullitt County Bank and Brownsville Deposit Bank are expected to be renamed "PBI Bank," and Ascencia Bank will be renamed "Ascencia, a division of PBI Bank."
