BILLINGS, Mont. - ATM Express Inc. announced in a news release its partnership with U.S. wireless service providers, including Verizon, to begin processing ATM transactions over the CDMA cellular network. A cell-dial conversion box plugs into any dial-up ATM and utilizes wireless technology to complete transactions over the area cellular network for about $15 a month.

ATM Express is leasing and selling its cell-dial unit.
