BETHESDA, Md. - Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, the largest credit union in Galveston and Brazoria counties, signed a deal with the Allpoint Network to expand its presence in core markets around Houston and Lake Jackson.

Allpoint, which was purchased by Cardtronics LP last month, is the nation's largest surcharge-free ATM network, with 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs.
