MLive.com: A Grand Rapids, Mich., man who flashed contracts promising high returns associated with ATMs has been charged with three counts of larceny for swindling investors. After selling investors on a good deal, John A. Simms walked away with their money, police say. Authorities say the victims lost between $60,000 and $230,000.
