The Economic Times: The finance ministry in New Delhi said cash withdrawals from ATMs won't be subject to service tax. The finance ministry has clarified that the proposed tax does not affect cash withdrawals and will only relate to ATM operations, maintenance and management, when those services are outsourced by banks to third parties.
