People's Bank signs with Fifth Third Processing Solutions

CINCINNATI - People's Bank has signed a seven-year contract with Fifth Third Processing Solutions for electronic funds transfer services, including gateway access, debit card processing and ATM driving. People's Bank is one of Connecticut's largest banks, with $11 billion in assets and more than 240 ATM and 153 branch locations.

"We were impressed with Fifth Third's commitment to building a customized processing package based on our competitive needs," said Mark Vitelli of People's Bank in a news release.
