JACKSON, Miss. - NetBank Payment Systems Inc., the nation's third-largest ATM deployer and a subsidiary of NetBank, received the 2006 Readers Choice Award for being one of the nation's top-performing ATM companies. The award was given by industry publication Convenience Store Decisions.
According to a news release, in order to find the industry's top suppliers in the c-store industry, Convenience Store Decisions hired independent research firm Hagen Marketing
Research Inc. Hagen was charged with determining which product manufacturers and suppliers regularly call on c-stores and to learn more about merchandise and promotional programs. The study included interviews with buyers and merchandisers from 95 convenience and petroleum chains, ranging in size from five to more than 5,000 stores.
"We are all extremely excited about this award," NetBank Payment Systems president De Lone Wilson said. "This award reaffirms NetBank Payment Systems' position as one of the nation's leading ATM deployers."
