CHICAGO - Qualtex Corp., manufacturer of the WeatherMaster ATM and nationwide ATM hardware and processing provider, will now offer free over-the-phone technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through a deal the company now has with Solvport.
"Solvport's goal in 2006 is to expand the machine types we service to include most off-premise ATM machine make and models," said Solvport president Wayne Vanderkraak.
According to a news release, after-hours calls will be routed to Solvport's technical support specialists. Qualtex will continue to provide in-house tech assistance during normal business hours.
"We are proud to announce this partnership with Solvport, one of the premier service providers in the ATM industry," Qualtex's business development manager, Isaac Wechter said. "This partnership will be an added benefit."
