ROSELLE, Ill. - Kiosk developer Pay-Ease and Meisel Capital Partners, an investment firm in Rockville, Md., have joined forces to offer bill-payment and ATM and check-cashing services at Pay-Ease's automated commerce machines in Rockville.

According to a news release, the ACM offers consumers a one-stop opportunity to pay municipal, telephone, credit-card and utility bills. It also is prints and distributes prepaid gift and credit cards and has a biometric scanner.
