NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Diebold Inc. announced in a news release that its new ATM Office Suite simplifies ATM management through a comprehensive collection of server-based software modules.
ATM Office Suite includes five individual modules: Campaign Office, ATM Journal Office, Remote Office, ATM Management Office and ATM Security Office. The modules are designed for network scalability and can be tailored to meet the needs of a financial institution's individual system. Modules can be purchased individually or as a package.
Diebold ATM Office Suite provides best-in-class tools to manage and enhance the entire ATM network, resulting in greater efficiencies, reduced costs and more opportunities for revenue growth, said Chuck Ducey, Diebold's vice president of global development and service.
- Campaign Office is a server-based solution that provides enhanced ATM screen content through browser-based screens on Windows ATMs. Marketing based on bank identification numbers and the identification of foreign users makes ATM personalization possible.
- Remote Office provides customized, remote-control software that allows a financial institution to access its ATMs from a central location. The solution supports troubleshooting, file management and asset-reporting.
- ATM Security Office helps FIs build a firewall through a two-tiered solution for monitoring and managing installed security agents within the network. It includes ATM security assessment and Sygate's Management Server Deployment program.
- ATM Management Office is a server-based solution that provides software modules to integrate asset and site management, financial analysis and cash and event management from a central database. The solution can be deployed in multiple-vendor environments.
- ATM Journal Office delivers a solution for interacting with electronic-journal data. Browser-based modules allow users to retrieve, view, transfer and manage electronic-journal files.
