San Antonio Business Journal: The European financial-services company CSC24Seven inked a deal with Payment Data Systems Inc. to issue 50,000 prepaid ATM cards under the PaySpark USA brand. The cards, to be used in the U.S. market, will predominately be marketed via the Internet and by PaySpark merchants. The card program is expected to go live in early June and is expected to generate $1 million over the course of the three-year contract.
