SAN DIEGO - BenSoft Inc., provider of automated reimbursement-plan software, and Metavante have signed a deal to enable integration with the MBI Benefits Card.
According to a news release, BenSoft and Metavante Healthcare Payment Solutions have developed an interface that facilitates information flows between the two companies' systems in real-time. BenSoft has also built a common platform for use with the MBI Benefits Card. RepayMe participants can now be issued a nationally accepted debit card that gives them immediate access to their FSA/HRA/HSA funds at the point of service.
The RepayMe and Metavante Healthcare Payment Solutions integration facilitates faster card issuing and debit-card funds-loading and same-day processing and reimbursement for manual/paper-based claims. A Web-based interface provides real-time access to flexible spending accounts and automation of adjudication and reimbursement tasks.
