VANCOUVER, B.C. - TII Smart Solutions, a software solutions provider to the financial industry in Central America, signed a deal to supply Inetco Systems Ltd.'s suite of payments-communications products to Central America and the Caribbean.
"Central America presents a very challenging and diverse communications environment," said Victor Barrantes, TII's project manager. "Inetco's products remove a significant roadblock by providing us with a uniquely comprehensive and reliable transaction communications system. This allows us to concentrate on other parts of our value proposition."
Inetco solutions are used in more than 40 countries for ATM and POS connectivity to TCP, SNA, X.25, and legacy transaction hosts and networks. In addition to protocol conversion, Web-based management capabilities provide online control and viewing of the transaction network.
