The Wise Marketer: The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) has partnered with Florida-based Access Card Systems Inc. to provide prepaid MasterCards to league members. The Access DineroYa Prepaid MasterCard and the Access DineroYa Maestro, issued by BankFirst, will help meet the needs of the United States' unbanked and underbanked.
