MONETT, Mo. - Jack Henry & Associates Inc.'s Enterprise Exception Management Suite (eEMS), provided by its ProfitStars division, hit record performance benchmarks in 2006.
According to a news release, eEMS is a risk-management solution that helps financial institutions ease security concerns associated with financial and operational data.
Benchmarking tests entailed the overnight processing of more than 4 million records generated by three primary transaction-processing systems. eEMS extracted the required data, executed data enrichment, and stored the enriched data in a database at a rate of approximately 6 million records per hour.
The benchmarking results were based on a records-matched-per-hour rating using a Windows–based server. The database server ran Red Hat Unix.
"The latest version of eEMS furthers our goal to provide the fastest and most reliable system performance that is available from any enterprise reconciliation and exception management solution," David Foss, general manager of ProfitStars, said.
