Business Week: As many as 88 million Americans - more than one in four - has had personal digital-data exposed in the last 18 months. But actual annuallosses may be a little more than a 10th of the $48 billion estimated by industry leaders. Experts in the field say they are growing less worried about the impact of identity theft.
