MONETT, Mo. - Jack Henry & Associates Inc., provider of integrated computer systems and ATM/debit card/ACH transaction processing, will provide an in-house core processing platform and complementary solutions to Illinois-based Alpine Bancorporation Inc.
According to a news release, the $717 million bank holding company will install Jack Henry's SilverLake System to automate transactions at two of its banks.
"We expect that in-house processing with this robust core system and the scalable IBM System i hardware platform will support our initial goals of enhancing operating control and better containing costs, while enabling us to more proactively deploy new technology in response to evolving customer and market demands," said John Vanderheyden, Alpine's executive vice president.
In addition to the SilverLake core system, Alpine will install Jack Henry's Vertex Teller Automation solution, StreamLine Platform Automation solution, 4|sight Item Imaging platform, Synapsys sales force automation system, NetTeller Online Banking solution, InTouch Voice Response system, Synergy Intelligent Document Management system, PassPort.atm ATM processing and network switching services, merchant deposit capture solution, and Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective fraud detection and prevention solution.
